The easiest way to start is through our online booking system, accessible via the 'Our Services' menu or the Book Now button on any page. For standard event makeup appointments, you can book directly with immediate confirmation — a deposit is required at the time of booking via card payment. For bridal and group bookings, the process involves submitting an enquiry, receiving a custom quote, approving the booking details, and paying a deposit invoice. Your booking is confirmed upon deposit receipt. If you're unsure which process applies to your booking, use our contact form and we'll walk you through it.

RP Artistry requires a deposit to secure your booking date and artist. The deposit amount varies based on the booking type and size — it is outlined in your booking confirmation or quote. All deposits are non-refundable. This is a standard policy across the professional makeup industry and reflects the fact that confirming your date means declining other bookings on the same day. We understand plans can change and will always try to accommodate rescheduling where possible, subject to availability.

Rachel Parker's personal minimum booking size is 4 people. All other RP Artistry team members have a minimum of 3. These minimums apply to bridal and group bookings. Individual event makeup bookings (single person, non-bridal) may be available subject to scheduling. If your party doesn't meet the minimum, contact us directly — in some cases we can accommodate smaller groups or advise on alternative arrangements.

Travel fees apply for all bookings outside of a central Perth radius. Within the standard Perth Metro area, most locations are covered within the standard booking rate or with a small travel addition. For outer suburbs, regional WA (including the South West, Albany, Broome, and the Peel Region), and interstate or international bookings, travel and accommodation costs are itemised separately and confirmed at the time of enquiry before you commit. We are transparent about all fees — there are no surprise charges after booking.

Our artists work with a curated selection of professional-grade, high-end makeup and skincare brands chosen for their performance, skin safety, and suitability across all skin types and tones. Brands regularly used include Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Armani Beauty, Hourglass, Dior Beauty, MAC, and a range of specialist long-wear and skincare-focused products selected on a job-by-job basis. If you have a known allergy, sensitivity, or a specific product preference or exclusion, please let us know when you enquire and we will accommodate wherever possible.

Yes. No distance is too far — this is genuinely one of the things we love most about the job. RP Artistry has travelled interstate and internationally for weddings, destination events, and shoots. All interstate and international bookings require accommodation and travel to be covered by the client, in addition to the standard service fee. Contact us with your destination, dates, and party size to receive an international travel quote.

Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy, which is outlined in your booking confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. For rescheduling requests, we will always try to accommodate a new date subject to artist availability. The sooner you communicate a change, the more flexibility we can offer. For wedding day cancellations or significant changes close to the event, the full booking fee may be retained depending on the circumstances and the terms of your specific booking agreement.

Yes. Beyond weddings and events, RP Artistry provides professional makeup for headshots, personal branding shoots, commercial photography, corporate team photo days, editorial and fashion shoots, content creator days, and TV or media appearances. For commercial and business bookings, please contact us directly with your brief and shoot date — these bookings are managed separately from standard event enquiries and are quoted individually.
